Day 11 - Yoga X

I got my partner back today! Yoga felt great again. Such a welcome break from the midweek stiffness. I still can't do crane or plough, but I'm hoping that will change with time.

We're going to dinner with Nikki's parents again tonight. Nikki has been doing so good with the nutrition plan; I hope the chicken noodle soup she ate the past couple days (with her head cold) doesn't bring back her cravings.

Ready for Legs & Back tomorrow!

  1. Hey guys...finally back online to see that Nikki is feeling bad...but now sure glad to see she's doing better! Always better to be able to work out together.

    Only thing about the soup is to watch out for the sodium. Just make sure and drink lots and lots of water to flush it out. I'm sure you had a great flush out from the Yoga though....Keep up the good work!
