Day 6 - Kenpo X

What a workout! Although our coordination wasn't the best, we gave it our all. Maybe it's because our bodies feel more comfortable with physical activity, but we seem to sweat more with every passing day of workouts. I can tell my muscles are dog-tired, but neither of us is nearly as sore as we used to be. The night after Plyo, it even hurt to turn over in bed.

And we try harder every day, knowing Jeremy and Christina read this. You guys are so inspirational! Thank you so much for your tips, wisdom, and encouragement!

I can't believe a week is almost over... The stretching in Yoga felt so good this week; we are definitely stretching tomorrow.

  1. You did it! Week one is history! Enjoy your stretch day today and recover as best you can so you can hit it hard week 2. The "unknown" is behind you now and you'll be so encouraged when you see how much you improve each time. Keep it up!

  2. Kenpo is such a great way to end the week. You get to a point where you feel a little beaten down....Kenpo gives you an opportunity to hit back! I'm sure Nikki felt even a sense of power that she hasn't felt...Did you let her make contact with some elbows? :-D...Great job guys!
